Booking Details

To book, attendees/members should call us at: 514-273-7626 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST) to book their stay. There is a block reserved under AETC/CAET with a discounted rate of 149.99$/night + tax and any additional incurred costs. Special rate is available on dates from Saturday June 25th to Wednesday June 29th, 2022

Suite Details

• 2 Bed 1 Bath Suite: 2 private bedrooms, 2 Twin beds, 1 bathroom, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 nightstands, 1 Loveseat and armoire.


• Breakfast Buffet style dining. Included in rate.

Housekeeping Services

• Partial Housekeeping Services (Towel Change and Bed Refresh) offered every 3 days.

• Full Housekeeping Services offered every 7 days.

Check-In and Check Out Times

• Check In: 4:00 PM on scheduled day of arrival

• Check Out: 10:00 AM on scheduled day of departure

Cancelation Fees

-90 days or more before arrival No penalty, deposit reimbursed in full

-60 to 89 days before arrival 70% of estimated value of contract refundable

-30 to 59 days before arrival 50% of estimated value of contract is refundable

-Less than 30 days before arrival 20% of estimated value of contract is refundable
