The next AETC conference will be Tuesday June 10th to Thursday June 12th in Ottawa at the historic Fairmont Château Laurier.
The conference is a great opportunity to connect with fellow technologists across Canada, enjoy keynote speaker presentations from industry leaders, and participate in continuing education seminars.
The AETC Conference is proudly held in conjunction with the Canadian Neurological Science Foundation (CNSF).
The CNSF will be hosting their 2025 Congress in Ottawa June 9th to June 12th.

Registration is required for the conference and events. The registration deadline is May 30th, 2025.
Paid events range from $35 to $150, but we offer many free events as well. Paid events require payment upfront to secure your spot. Download the registration form to view 2025 rates and payment options.

An afternoon with CNSF: the Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists (CSCN) day session offers Therapeutic Advances in Neuromuscular Medicine. CNSF 2025 Exhibitor’s Hall is a self-guided tour in which technologists join in on the opportunity to network with colleagues and check out the latest developments in medical devices, pharmaceuticals and opportunities in the
neurosciences.
In the evening join us for the AETC social event and dinner, sponsored by Novus! On a scenic boat cruise, we will explore the magnificent Rideau Canal, journeying from Dow’s Lake to the Ottawa River while discovering its rich history and iconic landmarks, followed by a delectable dinner at the Shore Club to complete the experience.

AETC afternoon workshop: we will offer both Basic and Advanced Workshops, covering everything from fundamental nerve conduction studies to advanced neurodiagnostic techniques. These hands-on, interactive sessions will provide a unique opportunity for participants to review, practice, and refine their skills in adynamic learning environment.

Airport Information: The closest international airport to Fairmont Château Laurier is Ottawa MacDonald-Cartier Airport (YOW) 15 kilometers (9 miles) from Fairmont Château Laurier. Travel time by car is approximately 20 minutes.

Driving directions from the Ottawa Airport: Follow the Airport Parkway which becomes Bronson Avenue. Turn right onto Colonel By Drive at the Rideau Canal. Follow Colonel By Drive to Rideau Street. Turn left onto Rideau Street. Fairmont Château Laurier is immediately on the right.
