The next AETC conference will be May 26th to May 28th in Banff at the historic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.
The conference is a great opportunity to connect with fellow technologists across Canada, enjoy keynote speaker presentations from industry leaders, and participate in continuing education seminars.

The AETC Conference is proudly held in conjunction with the Canadian Neurological Science Foundation (CNSF).
The CNSF will be hosting their 2026 Congress in Banff May 25th to 29th.

Registration
Registration is required for the conference and events. The registration deadline is May 15th, 2026.
Paid events range from $30 to $150, but we offer many free events as well. Paid events require payment upfront to secure your spot. Download the registration form to view 2026 rates and payment options.

Open forum and conference registration at the Banff Springs Hotel: hear about and discuss future projects and ways the AETC is promoting education nationally. This is also an opportunity to pick up your conference registration package.

Welcome dinner with Keynote speaker, sponsored by Novus: Dr. Chris White will be speaking on EMG in the ICU. This event promises to be one of great food, conversation, and education. We will combine a gourmet meal with an educational
session.

An afternoon with CNSF: An opportunity to explore the CNSF Congress and the 2026 Exhibitor’s Hall, Take a self-guided tour in which technologists join in on the opportunity to network with colleagues and check out the latest developments in medical devices, pharmaceuticals and opportunities in the neurosciences.

Social event sponsored by Natus: The AETC Social Event will be a great evening to reconnect with colleagues, meet fellow technologists, and network with like-minded professionals while enjoying an activity and possibly dinner together. This year we will be attending a cocktail making class. Spots for the social have been secured, but join us after at the Rundel Bar for socializing.

Lunch and learn. The AETC Workshop will feature a hands-on, interactive session, giving participants the opportunity to review, practice, and refine their skills in a dynamic learning environment while enjoying a delicious lunch.​

The conference will be held at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.
Rooms at the hotel are limited so the CNSF has compiled a list nearby accommodations, available on their website.
As this is a popular travel time, we recommend booking your room as soon as possible.
